Phil Sauter has been building custom databases and mailing lists since 1997. Since the early days of processing data with a “DOS” based FoxPro program, Phil has expanded to utilizing Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Microsoft Access and SQl Server. Phil maintains large databases for clients ranging from a few thousand records to a database that has every property record in the state of New Jersey. He also maintains data for entire counties around the country for a variety of customers.
Phil also expertly designs and manages direct mail campaigns. No two customers are alike and no two direct mail campaigns are alike. Helping every client to maximize profits and reduce database marketing expenses is the primary goal.
